Delivery

In stock items, such as "One of a kind", will be posted within 3 working days from order.

Most items are made to order and may take up to 14 working days from the date of purchase, to be dispatched or slightly longer if your jewellery needs Hallmarking. If you need your order urgently, then please get in touch by completing the contact page or by emailing info@soalandco.co.uk and I will do my best to help.

Your jewellery will arrive in a cotton pouch and gift bag, ready to gift to someone special (or as a well deserved gift to yourself!).

Your jewellery will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch) -  £3.95

Unfortunately, at this  time, I am only able to post orders within the UK.

 

Returns

I really hope that you love your new jewellery, but if you do wish to return it, then please get in touch within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that personalised items, earrings (for hygiene reasons) and made to size items are non-returnable.

Items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping and will be responsible for using an appropriate service, to cover themselves if the item is lost or damaged.

A full refund, minus postage will be issued when the item is received in original condition.

Please note that soal & co. jewellery is made in a rustic style, showing the signs of being made by hand, which all add to its unique character and charm.
